After 30 years in the food service industry, Chef Ralph "Clayton" Anderson III decided to make his dream a reality. Clayton's was founded in 2020 during a very uncertain time in the country and around the world. However, this did not stop him from pushing forward and creating a menu showcasing his talents with made from scratch foods, in-house smoked meats and quality fresh local product.

Supporting local businesses is very important to Ralph. "We are all in this together, so let's help each other out."

For all of his menu items, he sources local herbs from Everling Coastal Farms, Speedy's Hot Sauce and vegetables from his very own home garden.
